Definitely works. I have had alternative aphrodisiacs work better, but once you get going this stuff still does the job. It doesn't make me absolutely ravenous with lust but it does heighten the senses and stimulates the body very well. Overall feel and buildup of the fun part are very smooth going too. Absolutely recommend, especially if you're looking for something to help you get into the groove.
